Dear Parents,

Your wonderful missionary presently serving here in the California Los Angeles Mission is scheduled to return home soon.  In our planning for that departure, please complete the attached ‘Personal Information’ form and return it via email ASAP.

To avoid confusion, please note that the Church discourages parents from picking up their missionary and missionaries from requesting parents’ adjustments to the missionary’s return date.
